Description

A quick and delicious S’mores Dip featuring melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows, perfect for dipping with graham crackers. This no-fuss recipe mimics the classic campfire treat in a convenient oven-baked skillet.


Ingredients

Chocolate & Marshmallows

  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 16 large marshmallows, snipped in half

  • Graham crackers, for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) to ensure it’s hot enough to toast the marshmallows beautifully and melt the chocolate quickly.
  2. Prepare Skillet: In a cast iron skillet, spread the 2 cups of chocolate chips evenly. Then, snip each of the 16 large marshmallows in half and arrange them cut-side down on top of the chocolate chips. Alternatively, you can use a scoop of mini marshmallows in place of large ones.
  3. Bake the Dip: Once the oven reaches temperature, place the skillet inside. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until the marshmallows turn a delicious golden brown, and the chocolate beneath is melted and gooey.
  4. Serve: Remove the skillet carefully from the oven. Serve immediately while warm and gooey, with graham crackers on the side for scooping and dipping into the luscious chocolate and toasted marshmallow mixture.
