Instructions
- Prepare the Pea Topping: Place frozen peas, pea shoots if using, grated parmesan, olive oil, lemon juice, half garlic clove, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until you obtain a rough paste. Set aside while you prepare the toast.
- Preheat the Broiler or Grill: Get your broiler or grill heating so that it’s ready to toast the bread slices.
- Prepare the Bread: Drizzle the ciabatta slices evenly with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
