Ingredients
4½ cups cubed watermelon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup filtered water
¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add watermelon cubes, lemon juice, filtered water, and Himalayan pink salt to a blender. Add ice if desired.
- Blend on high until smooth and no chunks remain.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp. Serve immediately.
