Description

A balanced, flavorful bowl with air-fried sweet potatoes, spiced ground beef, creamy cottage cheese, and avocado, topped with hot honey and chili flakes.


Ingredients

2 small (or 1 large) sweet potato, peeled and cubed

½ teaspoon garlic powder (for sweet potatoes)

½ teaspoon paprika (for sweet potatoes)

¼ teaspoon salt (for sweet potatoes)

Olive oil spray

½ pound ground beef

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder (for beef)

1 teaspoon paprika (for beef)

¼ teaspoon chili flakes

½ teaspoon salt (for beef)

1 cup cottage cheese

1 avocado, cubed

½ tablespoon hot honey

Chili flakes, to taste (optional)


Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes. Toss with garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Lightly spray with olive oil and air fry at 375°F for about 15 minutes until golden and tender.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, and salt. Break it up and cook until browned.
  3. Divide the cooked sweet potatoes and ground beef into two bowls. Add cubed avocado to each.
  4. Top each bowl with ½ cup of cottage cheese.
  5. Drizzle hot honey over each and sprinkle with additional chili flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
