A balanced, flavorful bowl with air-fried sweet potatoes, spiced ground beef, creamy cottage cheese, and avocado, topped with hot honey and chili flakes.
Ingredients
2 small (or 1 large) sweet potato, peeled and cubed
½ teaspoon garlic powder (for sweet potatoes)
½ teaspoon paprika (for sweet potatoes)
¼ teaspoon salt (for sweet potatoes)
Olive oil spray
½ pound ground beef
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder (for beef)
1 teaspoon paprika (for beef)
¼ teaspoon chili flakes
½ teaspoon salt (for beef)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 avocado, cubed
½ tablespoon hot honey
Chili flakes, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes. Toss with garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Lightly spray with olive oil and air fry at 375°F for about 15 minutes until golden and tender.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, and salt. Break it up and cook until browned.
- Divide the cooked sweet potatoes and ground beef into two bowls. Add cubed avocado to each.
- Top each bowl with ½ cup of cottage cheese.
- Drizzle hot honey over each and sprinkle with additional chili flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
