Ingredients
340 g frozen strawberries
250 ml kombucha or coconut water/apple juice
⅓ batch vegan Italian meringue (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare vegan Italian meringue, if using, following your preferred recipe and making ⅓ batch.
- Let frozen strawberries sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes to slightly thaw.
- Add thawed strawberries and half of the chosen liquid into a high-speed blender. Blend for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
- Gradually add more liquid while blending until the desired slushie consistency is reached.
- Pour the slushie into glasses and serve immediately.
- Top with a dollop of vegan Italian meringue, if using.

- Use sparkling water or iced herbal tea for a lighter base.
- Add lemon or lime juice for a tart flavor boost.
- Blend with frozen banana or coconut yogurt for creaminess.
