Description
An indulgent twist on the classic campfire treat—this S’mores Frappuccino blends espresso, chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and graham cracker flavor into a creamy, decadent beverage.
Ingredients
2 shots espresso (cooled)
1 tsp granulated sugar
¾ cup ice
¼ cup milk
¼ cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp chocolate sauce
1 sheet graham cracker, crushed
¼ cup heavy cream (for sauce)
¼ cup milk chocolate, chopped
3 marshmallows (toasted)
¼ cup heavy cream (for whipped cream)
1 tsp powdered sugar
Extra marshmallows, graham cracker pieces, and chocolate sauce for topping
Instructions
- Brew 2 shots of espresso and let cool.
- Heat ¼ cup cream and stir in chopped chocolate until melted to make sauce.
- Toast 3 marshmallows in oven at 400°F for 3–5 minutes. Whip ¼ cup cream with powdered sugar to stiff peaks and fold in toasted marshmallows.
- Blend espresso, sugar, ice, milk, cream, 2 Tbsp chocolate sauce, and crushed graham cracker until smooth.
- Drizzle chocolate in glass, add whipped cream layer, pour frappuccino mixture, top with more whipped cream, toasted marshmallows, graham pieces, and drizzle chocolate.
