Ingredients
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups (packed) fresh spinach leaves
1/2 banana
1 medium navel orange, peeled
2 tablespoons hemp protein powder (or your favorite kind)
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
1/2 cup unsweetened frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup unsweetened frozen mango chunks
Instructions
- Pour the cold water into a blender and add the fresh spinach. Puree until smooth.
- Add the hemp protein powder, flaxseed meal, banana, and peeled orange. Blend again until fully combined.
- Add the frozen pineapple and mango chunks. If your blender has a crushed ice feature, use it, then blend until smooth.
