Ingredients

2 cups frozen pineapple pieces (or fresh pineapple with a bit of ice)

1/2 cup sliced cucumber

1 medium peach, diced (about 3/4 cup)

1 tablespoon peeled and chopped fresh ginger (or 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger)

67 fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

3/4 cup cold water

Optional: maple syrup, agave nectar, or 1/2 banana for sweetness

Instructions

  1. Add frozen pineapple, cucumber, peach, ginger, mint, lemon juice, turmeric, and water to a blender.
