Description

A tropical, hydrating beverage made with fresh pineapple juice, coconut water, a hint of ginger, and lime—optionally sweetened with honey for a refreshing and revitalizing sip.

Ingredients

¾ cup (180 ml) fresh pineapple juice

½ cup (120 ml) pure coconut water

½ teaspoon pure ginger juice

1 teaspoon runny honey, to taste (optional)

1 lime, thinly sliced (plus extra for squeezing)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker or mason jar with ice, and add pineapple juice, coconut water, and ginger juice.
  2. Shake well to chill and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Taste and add honey if desired for more sweetness.
  4. Prepare serving glasses with ice and lime slices.
  5. Pour the chilled mixture into the glasses.
  6. Squeeze in extra lime juice to taste and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Best when served fresh, over plenty of ice for ultimate refreshment.
  • Use fresh ginger juice for a bolder, more aromatic kick.
  • Can be made vegan by omitting honey or using agave syrup.
  • Add mint, cucumber, or diced pineapple for extra texture and freshness.
