Description

These Peach Pie Cruffins are delightful hybrid pastries—flaky, spiral-shaped cruffins filled with sweet, cinnamon-spiced peach preserves and topped with a creamy glaze. Perfect for brunch, coffee breaks, or dessert.


Ingredients

3 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent dough

1 cup peach preserves

1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ cup powdered sugar

3 Tbsp heavy whipping cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, stir together peach preserves and cinnamon until well mixed.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and press seams to form rectangles. Spread peach mixture evenly over each.
  4. Roll each rectangle lengthwise into a log. Slice each log in half lengthwise, twist into spirals, and place into muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While baking, whisk powdered sugar and cream until smooth to make glaze. Adjust consistency as desired.
  7. Let cruffins cool slightly, then drizzle with glaze. Serve warm and enjoy.
