This indulgent No Bake Nutella Cheesecake features a rich Oreo crust, silky Nutella-and-cream cheese filling, and a luscious Nutella center—no oven required.
Ingredients
200 g Oreos (about 18 whole cookies), finely crushed
45 g melted butter
500 g cream cheese, room temperature
200 g Nutella
50 g powdered sugar
200 g heavy whipping cream (35 % fat)
150 g Nutella (frozen center)
150 g Nutella (for drizzle)
4 Oreos, crushed (for garnish)
Instructions
- Spread 150 g Nutella into a disk on parchment paper and freeze until firm.
- Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese and 200 g Nutella until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar to soft peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into Nutella mixture in two additions until fluffy.
- Spread half the filling over crust, place frozen Nutella disk in center, and top with remaining filling. Smooth top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to set.
- Melt remaining 150 g Nutella and drizzle over top. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
- Remove from pan, slice, and serve. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer as needed.
