Description

This indulgent No Bake Nutella Cheesecake features a rich Oreo crust, silky Nutella-and-cream cheese filling, and a luscious Nutella center—no oven required.


Ingredients

200 g Oreos (about 18 whole cookies), finely crushed

45 g melted butter

500 g cream cheese, room temperature

200 g Nutella

50 g powdered sugar

200 g heavy whipping cream (35 % fat)

150 g Nutella (frozen center)

150 g Nutella (for drizzle)

4 Oreos, crushed (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Spread 150 g Nutella into a disk on parchment paper and freeze until firm.
  2. Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 200 g Nutella until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar to soft peaks.
  4. Fold whipped cream into Nutella mixture in two additions until fluffy.
  5. Spread half the filling over crust, place frozen Nutella disk in center, and top with remaining filling. Smooth top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to set.
  7. Melt remaining 150 g Nutella and drizzle over top. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
  8. Remove from pan, slice, and serve. Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer as needed.
