Description

This Ninja Creami Mixed Berry Sorbet is a refreshing, naturally sweetened treat that’s perfect for warm days or when you’re craving something light and fruity. With only a few simple ingredients and your Ninja Creami, you can easily make this smooth, creamy sorbet right at home. Plus, it’s customizable to your sweetness preference!

Ingredients

2 cups frozen mixed berries

1/2 cup water

Optional: 1–2 tbsp sweetener of choice (white sugar, monk fruit, liquid sweetener, etc.)

Instructions

  • Blend the ingredients: Add the frozen mixed berries, water, and optional sweetener to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Fill the Ninja Creami pint: Pour the berry mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container up to the max fill line and snap on the lid.
  • Freeze: Place the pint in the freezer for at least 24 hours on a level surface until the mixture is completely solid.
  • Process the sorbet: Once frozen, insert the pint into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami and lock the lid in place. Select the Sorbet setting on the Ninja Creami.
  • Re-spin if necessary: If the texture isn’t smooth enough after the first spin, simply press the “Re-spin” button and let the machine work its magic.
  • Serve: Scoop the sorbet into a bowl or fancy glass and enjoy the cool, fruity goodness!

Notes

  • Frozen berries work best for this recipe, as they give the sorbet its icy texture. You can use fresh berries and freeze them yourself if necessary.
  • If you prefer a creamier texture, add a splash of coconut milk or almond milk before blending.
  • Feel free to mix in other fruits like mango, peach, or pineapple for a tropical twist.
  • Mint leaves can be added when blending for a refreshing minty flavor.
