Description

Baked chicken breasts smothered in creamy Caesar dressing, topped with Parmesan and crispy breadcrumbs for a flavorful, juicy, and easy-to-make dish.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Caesar dressing

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  3. Spread Caesar dressing over each breast, then top with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  4. Place in the baking dish and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and golden on top.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pair with salad, veggies, or grains.
