Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Spread Caesar dressing over each breast, then top with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- Place in the baking dish and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and golden on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pair with salad, veggies, or grains.
