Description

A creamy, rich, and decadent chocolate peanut butter ice cream that’s keto-friendly, packed with protein, and made effortlessly in a Ninja Creami machine.

Ingredients

1 FairLife Chocolate Protein Drink

2 tablespoons cream cheese

1 tablespoon Divine Cocoa Powder

2 tablespoons PBFit Peanut Butter Powder

¼ teaspoon SweetLeaf Vanilla Stevia Drops

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until the cream cheese is fully incorporated into the mixture.
  2. Pour the mixture into the pint storage container that came with your Ninja Creami machine. Attach the storage lid and place the container in the freezer on a level surface. Freeze for 24 hours or overnight.
  3. When you’re ready to eat, remove the lid and place the pint container into the outer bowl assembly of the Ninja Creami machine. Attach the outer bowl lid securely.
  4. Set the Ninja Creami machine to the “LITE ice cream” button. The cycle will only take a few minutes to run.
  5. Once the cycle is complete, check the texture. If it appears powdery, run the “LITE ice cream” cycle again.
  6. If the texture is still powdery after the second cycle, add a tablespoon of almond milk to the mixture and run it through the cycle one more time. The result should be a smooth, creamy consistency.
  7. If you have any leftovers, smooth the surface of the ice cream and place the lid back on the pint container. Refreeze and when you’re ready to enjoy it again, simply run it through the Ninja Creami machine like the first time.

Notes

  • If you don’t have PBFit Peanut Butter Powder, substitute with any other peanut butter powder or natural peanut butter. Texture may change slightly.
  • Enhance the texture with crushed nuts, chocolate chips, or keto-friendly swirls like sugar-free caramel or fudge.
  • Use a different protein drink or flavor for variety. Vanilla protein drink or mint extract can be used for a twist.
