Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray it with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Prepare Cabbage and Season: Slice the cabbage in half, then cut one half into 4 wedges. Drizzle the wedges with half of the olive oil and evenly sprinkle half of the salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese over them.
- First Roast: Place the seasoned cabbage wedges on the prepared baking sheet and roast them in the oven for 15 minutes. This helps to soften the cabbage and infuse it with flavors.
