Description

Irresistible Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburgers combine the savory flavors of seasoned beef and melty cheese wrapped in buttery, garlic-infused biscuit dough. Topped with Parmesan and fresh parsley, these cheeseburgers are golden, crispy, and packed with flavor. Perfect for dinner or as a fun appetizer, these cheeseburgers will be a hit at any meal or gathering!

Ingredients

For the Cheeseburger Filling:

Ground beef (enough for your desired quantity of cheeseburgers)

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Garlic powder, to taste

Onion powder, to taste

Worcestershire sauce, to taste

Shredded cheddar cheese, to taste

For the Biscuit Dough:

Refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

Butter, melted

Finely minced garlic

Grated Parmesan cheese

Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cook the beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt.

  3. Prepare the biscuit dough: Roll out each biscuit until it’s about 1/4 inch thick. Place 2 tablespoons of cheesy beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.

  4. Form the cheeseburger puffs: Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Garlic butter topping: Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush the tops of the puffs with the garlic butter.

  6. Add Parmesan: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each puff.

  7. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  8. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra cheesy goodness, add a small cube of cheddar cheese inside the biscuit dough before sealing.

You can substitute the ground beef with ground chicken or turkey for a lighter version.
