Description

Ingredients

2 fresh strawberries

1 cup Fairlife skim milk

½ scoop strawberry protein powder (15g)

1 tbsp sugar-free vanilla syrup

½ tsp to 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder (adjust to taste)

2 ounces hot water


Instructions

  • Muddle the Strawberries:

    • Place the fresh strawberries at the bottom of your glass. Use a muddler or spoon to gently mash them to release their juice and flavor.

  • Mix the Milk Base:

    • In a shaker or blender bottle, combine the Fairlife skim milk, strawberry protein powder, and sugar-free vanilla syrup. Shake well until the protein powder is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

  • Add Ice:

    • Fill the glass with ice over the muddled strawberries, ensuring it’s cold and ready for the milk mixture.

  • Pour the Milk Mixture:
