Description

A luscious and nutty dairy-free pistachio cream liqueur that’s silky, sweet, and easy to make at home—perfect for sipping, gifting, or enhancing desserts and cocktails.


Ingredients

200 g (1 cup) pistachio butter, room temperature

200 g (⅔ cup) vegan condensed milk, room temperature

2 tsp vanilla extract

240 ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk

160 ml (⅔ cup) soy cream


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk pistachio butter and vegan condensed milk until smooth and paste-like.
  2. Add vanilla extract and almond milk. Whisk until evenly combined.
  3. Pour in soy cream and whisk until uniform and creamy.
  4. Transfer to a sealed glass bottle or airtight container.
  5. Refrigerate and chill before serving. Shake well before each use.

Notes

  • Add 100 ml vodka or rum for an alcoholic version.
  • Use light vegan condensed milk for a less sweet taste.
  • Add cinnamon or cardamom for flavor depth.
