Ingredients
200 g (1 cup) pistachio butter, room temperature
200 g (⅔ cup) vegan condensed milk, room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
240 ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk
160 ml (⅔ cup) soy cream
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk pistachio butter and vegan condensed milk until smooth and paste-like.
- Add vanilla extract and almond milk. Whisk until evenly combined.
- Pour in soy cream and whisk until uniform and creamy.
- Transfer to a sealed glass bottle or airtight container.
- Refrigerate and chill before serving. Shake well before each use.
Notes
- Add 100 ml vodka or rum for an alcoholic version.
- Use light vegan condensed milk for a less sweet taste.
- Add cinnamon or cardamom for flavor depth.
- Swap pistachio butter with almond or cashew butter for variation.
