Description

A protein-packed, no-bake frozen snack made with Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, maple syrup, raspberries, and graham crackers—ideal for a healthy treat or post-workout reward.


Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

3 tbsp cream cheese

½ scoop Strawberry Cheesecake protein powder

1 tbsp maple syrup

Frozen raspberries, as desired

Crushed graham wafers or crackers, as desired


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Top with frozen raspberries and sprinkle crushed graham wafers over the top.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours, until firm.
  6. Break into pieces and serve directly from the freezer.
