Description

Garlic Beef Ramen Stir Fry is a savory, one-pan noodle dish featuring tender ground beef, crisp vegetables, and a flavorful garlic-soy sauce. Quick to make and packed with bold, satisfying flavors.

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

6 ounces ramen noodles (2 packages), seasoning packets discarded

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 large onion, chopped

1 red bell pepper, chopped

½ pound broccoli, cut into florets

1 cup shredded carrots

⅓ cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 teaspoons sriracha (optional)

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon minced ginger

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water

Garnish: sliced green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Mix cornstarch and water into a slurry and add to sauce.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain grease and remove from pan.
  4. Heat sesame oil in the skillet. Add onion, bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for 6–8 minutes until just tender.
  5. Add beef and noodles back to skillet. Pour in sauce and toss to coat evenly. Cook until heated through.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Substitute beef with chicken, turkey, or tofu.
  • Add extra veggies like mushrooms or snow peas.
  • Use lo mein or rice noodles instead of ramen.
