Description

This Frozen Pumpkin Spice Latte is the perfect fall treat to enjoy any time of the year. Combining rich cold brew coffee with creamy pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and a warm blend of pumpkin pie spice, this frozen version of the classic PSL is sure to satisfy your cravings for autumn flavors. Optional coffee liqueur and whipped cream make it even more indulgent!

Ingredients

2 cups cold brew coffee, frozen

1 cup whole milk

½ cup pumpkin puree

½ cup sweetened condensed milk

2 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more for topping

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/3 cup coffee liqueur, such as Kahlúa (optional)

Whipped cream, for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, blend together the frozen cold brew coffee, whole milk, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. If desired, add the coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa) and blend until incorporated.
  3. Divide the drink between tall glasses, and top with whipped cream (if using). Sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice for an added touch of fall flavor. Enjoy your Frozen Pumpkin Spice Latte!

Notes

  • Dairy-Free Option: Use almond milk, oat milk, or coconut milk instead of whole milk and swap the sweetened condensed milk for a dairy-free version.
  • Spiked Version: Add a shot of vodka along with the coffee liqueur for an extra kick.
  • Extra Spice: Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to enhance the warmth of the flavor.
  • Less Sweet: If you prefer a less sweet version, reduce the amount of sweetened condensed milk and adjust to taste.
