Ingredients
1 (16‑ounce / ~450 g) bag frozen peaches
1½ cups peach juice (e.g., Simply Peach®)
2 teaspoons lemon juice (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon honey (or more to taste)
Fresh peach slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine frozen peaches, peach juice, lemon juice, and honey.
- Blend until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Add more peach juice for desired consistency.
- Pour the peach purée halfway into 5–6 chilled champagne flutes.
- Top with chilled sparkling wine until just below the rim.
- Stir gently to mix without losing fizz.
- Garnish with fresh peach slices and serve immediately.

- Chill flutes before serving to preserve slushy texture.
