Ingredients

- 14-16 Frozen Sheet Phyllo Dough (Thawed)
- 8 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme Leaves

- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

- 5 tbsp Honey

- 1 sprig Thyme Leaves
Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
- Make Feta Filling: In a large bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, honey, fresh thyme leaves, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well and set aside to allow flavors to meld.
- Prepare Phyllo Dough: Place 1/4 cup olive oil in a small bowl. Gently brush half of one thawed phyllo sheet with olive oil. Fold over the non-brushed side to create a half sheet. Cut the folded sheet lengthwise in half using scissors or a knife.
