2 1/2 cups light Cool Whip
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp lemon Jell-O mix
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the Cool Whip and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add the lemon Jell-O mix: Sprinkle in about 1/2 teaspoon of lemon Jell-O powder, then taste. Gradually add more powder to achieve your desired sweetness and lemon flavor. For most, 2 teaspoons will be just right.
