Description

These Easy Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups combine all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with a crispy, golden tortilla. Filled with seasoned ground beef, gooey cheese, and brushed with a rich garlic butter glaze, these rollups are perfect for dinner or as an appetizer. Quick, easy, and customizable!

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 large flour tortillas

¼ cup butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional: sliced pickles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it.

  2. Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 7-8 minutes until browned. Remove from heat.

  3. Season the Beef: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let the beef cool slightly.

  4. Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic and stir to incorporate.

  5. Assemble the Rollups: Lay tortillas flat. Spread beef mixture evenly over each tortilla, then sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella.

  6. Roll and Bake: Roll up tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush generously with garlic butter.

  7. Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and the cheese is melted.

  8. Serve: Let cool slightly, slice into pinwheels, and garnish with sliced pickles if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Add Bacon: Add crumbled bacon to the beef mixture for extra savory flavor.

Veggie Version: Add sautéed onions, peppers, or mushrooms to the beef for a veggie-packed option.

Spicy Kick: For heat, add sliced jalapeños or hot sauce to the beef.

Cheese Variations: Swap in different cheeses like provolone, pepper jack, or Swiss.
