Ingredients
8 oz macaroni pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups beef broth
1 cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
¼ tsp pepper
Optional:
½ cup diced tomatoes
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
¼ cup chopped pickles
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
-
Cook the Ground Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon until fully browned. Drain any excess grease and return the beef to the skillet.
-
Season: Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the beef. Stir to combine.
-
Add Pasta & Liquids: Pour in the beef broth and milk, then stir in the macaroni pasta. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
-
Add Cheese: Reduce heat to low, add shredded cheddar cheese, and stir until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce. Add a splash of milk if necessary to adjust consistency.
-
Optional Add-ins: Stir in diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, or chopped pickles for extra flavor.
-
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley or extra cheese. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to adjust seasonings and add-ins according to your taste preferences.
For a spicier version, add hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days and reheated with a splash of milk.
