Description

Ingredients

1 package Buldak Carbonara ramen

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 egg yolk

Hot ramen cooking water (to desired soup consistency)

Chili oil (to taste, for garnish)

1 green onion, sliced

1 boiled egg, halved or sliced

Crispy onions (fried onion bits, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cheese packet, spice packet, mayo, and egg yolk into a smooth paste.
  2. Cook ramen noodles per package instructions in boiling water until tender.
  3. Spoon some hot ramen water into the sauce bowl, stirring constantly to form a creamy soup base.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and mix gently to coat evenly.
  5. Top with green onion, crispy onions, chili oil, and boiled egg.
  6. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
