Ingredients
1 package Buldak Carbonara ramen
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 egg yolk
Hot ramen cooking water (to desired soup consistency)
Chili oil (to taste, for garnish)
1 green onion, sliced
1 boiled egg, halved or sliced
Crispy onions (fried onion bits, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cheese packet, spice packet, mayo, and egg yolk into a smooth paste.
- Cook ramen noodles per package instructions in boiling water until tender.
- Spoon some hot ramen water into the sauce bowl, stirring constantly to form a creamy soup base.
- Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and mix gently to coat evenly.
- Top with green onion, crispy onions, chili oil, and boiled egg.
- Serve immediately while hot and enjoy!
