¼ cup brown rice syrup
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips
2 teaspoons coconut oil
Optional: flaky salt for topping

- Preheat oven to 325˚F (160˚C).
- Spread nuts on a baking sheet; roast 5–8 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned.
- Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine roasted nuts and puffed rice.
- Heat brown rice syrup in microwave for 30 seconds to soften.
