Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare three breading stations: flour in one bowl; whisked eggs and milk in another; breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a third.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, shake off excess, dip in egg wash, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place tenders on prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray tops with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and internal temp reaches 165 °F (74 °C).
