Description

Creamy Tuscan Ravioli is a rich pasta dish featuring ravioli in a garlic-infused cream sauce with cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and Parmesan. A comforting, elegant meal ready in just 20 minutes.


Ingredients

1 lb cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)

1 Tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 cups fresh spinach

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add cherry and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  5. Stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Gently toss in cooked ravioli, coating well with sauce.
  8. Simmer 1 more minute to meld flavors. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use vegetable broth and dairy-free cheese for a vegetarian or vegan version.
  • Add grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
  • Simmer longer or add more cheese to thicken the sauce.
