This single-serving edible cookie dough is a quick, indulgent treat featuring rich, buttery dough and melty chocolate chips—perfect for when you want something sweet and safe to eat without baking.
Ingredients
1 ½ Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 Tbsp brown sugar
½ Tbsp granulated sugar
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 pinch salt
3 ½ Tbsp all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
1–2 Tbsp chocolate chips (to taste)
Instructions
- Place flour in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring each time, until it reaches 165 °F (about 90 seconds total). Let cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Stir in vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream until smooth.
- Mix in cooled flour and pinch of salt until a dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Serve immediately or chill for a firmer texture.

- Use milk or yogurt instead of heavy cream if desired.
