Ingredients
3 cubes of ice
1 frozen banana
1 cup fresh cherries, pitted
1 cup chopped pineapple
½ cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Add ice, frozen banana, cherries, pineapple, almond milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup (if using) to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
