Description

A fragrant Earl Grey tea enriched with sweet, cherry-infused milk—combining the floral bergamot of the tea with fruity cherry notes and creamy vanilla, served hot or iced for a delightful twist on classic milk tea.


Ingredients

For the Cherry-Infused Milk:

45 fresh cherries, pitted and halved

½ cup water

½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

12 teaspoons vanilla syrup (adjust to taste)

1 cinnamon stick (optional)

For the Earl Grey Tea:

1 Earl Grey tea bag or 1 teaspoon loose-leaf Earl Grey

1 cup boiling water

Ice cubes (if making iced version)


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, simmer cherries and water for about 5 minutes until soft. Mash lightly to release flavor.
  2. Add milk, vanilla syrup, and cinnamon stick (if using) and warm gently without boiling. Strain if a smooth texture is desired.
  3. Steep Earl Grey tea in boiling water for 3–5 minutes. Remove tea bag or strain leaves.
  4. Combine warm cherry-infused milk with brewed tea. Stir gently to blend.
  5. Serve hot in a warmed cup or let cool and pour over ice for a chilled version. Garnish with cherries or cinnamon stick if desired.

  • Use frozen cherries if fresh are unavailable—thaw before using.
