Ready in just 25 minutes, these wraps make the perfect dinner or snack for busy nights. With simple ingredients and bold flavors, this recipe is sure to satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts, diced

4 large flour tortillas

Seasonings & Oil:

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cheese & Sauce:

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup creamy garlic sauce

Garnish:

Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: In a bowl, combine diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.

  2. Cook the chicken: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  3. Assemble the wraps: Lay tortillas flat. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce on each tortilla, then evenly distribute the cooked chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella.

  4. Grill the wraps: Fold the tortillas over the filling, forming a wrap. Return the wraps to the pan and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy, with melted cheese inside.

  5. Serve: Remove from heat, cut in half, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the chicken seasoning.

Try whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas for a healthier option.

Swap the creamy garlic sauce with ranch, buffalo, or BBQ sauce for a new flavor twist.
