Ingredients
For the Burger Bowl
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 8 oz Leaf lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Red onions, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 medium Avocado, sliced
For the Burger Sauce
- 6 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sugar-free ketchup
- 2 tbsp Dill pickle juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp Sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, season the ground beef with 1 tsp sea salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, breaking up the meat into small pieces with a spatula until browned and cooked through.
- Prepare the Burger Sauce: While the beef is cooking, combine the mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, dill pickle juice, Dijon mustard, 1/8 tsp sea salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper in a small to medium bowl. Whisk together until smooth and set aside.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide the chopped leaf lettuce evenly among four bowls. Top each with halved cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the Cooked Beef and Avocado: Spoon the cooked ground beef over the vegetables in each bowl. Arrange the sliced avocado in a fan shape on top of the beef in each bowl for added creaminess and texture.
- Drizzle with Burger Sauce: Finish each bowl by drizzling the homemade burger sauce generously over all the ingredients for a flavorful, creamy touch.
