1 small, chopped into 1-inch pieces

Carrot:

1, sliced into thin rounds

Broccoli Florets:

1 heaping cup, small

Cauliflower Florets:

1 heaping cup, small

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil:

3 tablespoons

Italian Seasoning:

1 teaspoon

Garlic Powder:

½ teaspoon

Sea Salt:

½ teaspoon

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Lemon Wedge:

For squeezing

Grated Parmesan Cheese:

Chopped Fresh Parsley:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
