Description

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl; add salt if desired.
  2. Create a well and stir in cottage cheese to form dough.
  3. Knead dough on floured surface for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide into 4 portions; shape into bagels.
  5. Optional: Brush with egg wash and add toppings.
