Ingredients
Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup pepperoni slices
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
Olive oil (for spraying)
Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Let pizza dough rest at room temperature for 20 minutes if using store-bought. Roll out homemade dough as needed.
- Roll out and cut dough into 3×3 inch squares. Place a bit of mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and salt on each square.
- Fold and seal each square by pinching or crimping the edges to encase the filling.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Spray air fryer basket with olive oil and place rolls in a single layer. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Let rolls cool slightly and serve warm with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Seal edges tightly to prevent rolls from bursting.
- Add garlic butter or Parmesan for extra flavor after cooking.
- Use different fillings like sausage, veggies, or alternative cheeses.
- Make ahead and store in fridge or freezer before air frying.
