Description

Air fryer pizza rolls are crispy on the outside and melty inside, filled with mozzarella and pepperoni. Quick to prepare and perfect for snacking, they’re an easy, crowd-pleasing favorite made right in your air fryer.


Ingredients

Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup pepperoni slices

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Pinch of salt

Olive oil (for spraying)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)


Instructions

  1. Let pizza dough rest at room temperature for 20 minutes if using store-bought. Roll out homemade dough as needed.
  2. Roll out and cut dough into 3×3 inch squares. Place a bit of mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and salt on each square.
  3. Fold and seal each square by pinching or crimping the edges to encase the filling.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Spray air fryer basket with olive oil and place rolls in a single layer. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Let rolls cool slightly and serve warm with marinara sauce.

  • Seal edges tightly to prevent rolls from bursting.
