Ingredients
1 slice white bread
1 egg
3 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Sesame seeds for topping
Syrup or honey for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Place a slice of white bread in your air fryer basket.
- Press down the center of the bread with the back of a spoon to form a well.
- Drizzle or brush olive oil on the bread, especially the edges.
- Crack an egg into the well at the center of the bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the egg and the bread.
- Air fry at 175 °C (350 °F) for 7–10 minutes, depending on desired yolk consistency.
