- Mix the ingredients: Add the avocado, egg, and shredded cheese into a medium bowl. Mash together using a fork and mix until all ingredients are well combined into a thick batter-like consistency.
- Oven preparation: Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide the avocado mixture into 2 to 3 balls and place them on the parchment paper. Using a spoon, gently press each ball into a flat patty shape. Optionally, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning or salt for extra flavor.
