Instructions

- Shape Bagels: Take each dough piece and roll it out long enough so that the two ends can join together to form a circle. Place each shaped bagel onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there is at least 1 inch of space between them.
- Apply Egg Wash (Optional): If using, beat the egg in a small bowl with a whisk. Brush the beaten egg over the surface of each bagel to enhance browning and add shine.
